  • We recently ordered tile & grout from Floor & Decor to tile the floor in our home - almost 2000sq ft. We ordered over the phone and we're told we could pick up within 2 weeks (we could also have it shipped to a closer store - not even our home - for $3000 more! No thanks) After borrowing a huge truck and trailer to haul almost 9000 lbs of tile, I made the hour drive down from Peoria to Tempe. I parked right along the curb and checked in - after waiting in the store with 10 other dudes for 90 minutes, one-by-one we began receiving our orders from 2 forklift crews. The order pickup runs very smoothly and the crews are very efficient - it turns out moving tile is just a huge pain. Recommendation: if you can at all avoid it, don't go on a Saturday. Very happy with the tile, the loading crew, and the experience sans the wait and the $3k price for shipping.
