  • I give 2 stars because of poor customer service. My first time here and I don't usually go to jiffy lube but I happened to be in the area and My car was in need of overdue oil change. The service manager wasn't pleasant enough to earn me a loyal customer. I felt like I was a burden to be here and he wasn't accommodating. I guess Sunday was supposed to be a relaxing day for a service manager like him. And why does it say vacuum floor complete on my invoice when no vacuum was done?
