| - This review is for the massage clinic. My husband and I have had a lot of massages at the clinic and overall the service and massages were just ok, some therapists are just horrible. I've had therapists fall asleep during my massage, show up late and talk the whole time I am trying to relax. My husband and I stopped going to get massages about 3 months ago. We were wasting our money for mediocre massages, a waste of time, energy and space. One therapist told me that I needed to go see a chiropractor and she didn't have the knowledge to try to "prescribe" a treatment to me. The front desk staff is incompetent, massage appointments get messed up, they don't call to confirm appointments and will cancel your appointment at the last minute. The sheets they use on the tables are paper thin and the rooms are either too hot or too cold, temperature is not regulated. The walls are so thin that you will hear the conversations next door and/or outside in the hallway, so prepare to not be relaxed. Some of the therapist talk way too much, I had a couple of therapists who talked about their whole life story during my massage and would not shut up not even for a minute so I could relax. They never asked once about the pressure or how I was feeling,etc. I had two therapists doze off during a massage, one even started to snore for a few seconds before he woke up. One therapist completely missed massaging my husband's lower back even though he asked for it multiple times. This place is so unprofessional, none of the front desk staff know how to make appointments correctly and will screw up your appointment. If you call to make an appointment, be prepared to be on the phone for 20 minutes, since the front desk staff have no idea how to use the computer or book an appointment. Most likely they will screw it up and call you later to tell you they messed it up and take another 10 minutes of your time to schedule an appointment, how horrible. You will be scheduled with a therapist and then when you get there, its like surprise, you have a different therapist because your therapist is sick/out of town/busy/etc. There was only one quality therapist there that left because he hated working there. He ended up at a better place and makes more money there too. My mom used to go there as well and she stopped going because every therapist she had would talk her ear off and never shut up! My mom had both Mary and Amy, and they gave her horrible massages. My husband had Mary one time and never scheduled with her again. My therapists were just ok or below average. The one person I had that was the best left to work somewhere else. There are plenty of other places to get a good massage, you would be better off skipping this place and saving your money for a nicer place.
