  • Excellent. Used them for my property in Scottsdale though I live in LA now. Super easy. I phoned for help; Christina scheduled with the tenant, and the only hiccough was Miscommunication of the phone info for confirming arrival time with the technician. They called me the next day for payment. Perfect. Process. The dishwasher had some glass in it. That discovery cost $100+. The basic call is $55 (applied to your fee)... $$$$? Still cheaper than a new dishwasher, of course, and the time was probably worth $100, but it surprised me a little.
