  • There is no Dr. Madder he retired, sold his business to Dr. Head who is gentle enough but his bottom line is the $ sign. His front office was unpleasant after I noticed I had paid for work not done. Dr. Head kicked me out of his practice when I would not let him permanently cement the 2 new front teeth crowns his lab made the wrong color. So he wrote me a check and cut our loses. I took the teeth to another dentist who cleaned the yellow and purple coloring off, polished them up and diagnosed the problem. Incorrect base shade to begin with. I do not appreciate how Dr. Head tried to make it my fault to take the attention off the mistakes that were made.
