Over promise, under deliver. Luckily I didn't pre-pay for a year service. I kept them only a month and a half before getting rid of them. The came and did one fertilization services (took longer for them to come out than the sales guy told me, plus sales guy said he'd had manager contact me over a specific thing - which never happened). It was starting to get late in the season for them to aerate, so I called to find out when they were coming and it wasn't going to be for another week and a half from that call (not a specific day, just given a week window). I got less then 24 hr notice and the robo call said to flag irrigation heads (couldn't do it because it would be dark by the time I got home and they were coming the next day, again dark before I left the house). I unlocked the gate that morning on the side of the house that is accessible for machinery (other side of house not easily accessible). I get home before noon to a note on the door that the gate was locked so service not performed (!). I immediately call them and was told they contacted the technician to come back out (which I assumed that meant by the end of the day). The day wore on, the sun went down and I locked my gate back up. I call the next morning and cancelled all future services. The only good thing I can say about them is their customer service folks in the call center are all very nice and professional. Too bad they have idiot techs, terrible communication and terrible customer service protocol. AND NOW, because it's so late in the season, I'm having trouble finding a company to DO my aeration and seeding!!!
