Excellent hand-crafted breads made with quality ingredients & baked in steam-injected brick ovens. Good selection of flavours, from kalamata olive, to Mt. Athos monk bread to cranberry walnut. Each loaf is lovely to look at & features a nice crunchy crust & moist, chewy interior. Locally owned & operated by a native of Greece who has managed to infuse a bit of the Mediterranean into every loaf crafted here. Do not visit Pittsburgh without getting a loaf.
