  • Came in for a ombré fill today. I had ombré for months and have always showed the different salons the same picture. I showed the girl the picture and she said no problem. Halfway through I showed her the picture again because they weren't looking smooth. She said they would in the end. When she was done I asked again if they were going to smooth out and she said no- this was ombré. I showed her the picture again and said this was not how my nails looked when I came in. I showed her how speckled they were and her response- "I give up." I'm not sure why she wouldn't have just told me upfront that she didn't know what ombré was or how to do it. But instead she wasted an hour and a half of both of our days. And now I have to get them removed and redone. The last pic is what I wanted. The mashed potato looking nails is what I got. ?
