  • !!!!!!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!! It's been one of the worst choice that I have made to select them to do a home inspection. They never highlighted the electrical problems in two of the bedrooms that we have and when I call to check with them the owner Breet was very unprofessional and said that my house has a lot of problems and that why now the bedrooms are not working . Every item which has been reported in the finding has been corrected / changed. I ordered a re inspection and paid $125 online , I rescheduled that 2 times with proper notice as the seller was not able to close on some the repair , Breet was very unpleasant to talk for that and at the end agreed to send the refund check . It's been 3 weeks no check came and today when I tried to follow up , he completely denied that he agreed to pay that money back .. Please be care full do not work with them as they do a bad job in house inspection and don't stand by their own work and blame that the house is the problem.
