  • I don't know much about "authentic" ramen but hot damn. This place is amazing. The noodles were prepared perfectly; chewy and delicious. Make sure to add the concentrated broth if you're into that type of thing because it increased the flavor and silky thickness which put it over the top. This will forever be my designated ramen spot from here on out. This was my first time & definitely not the last!
