  • Ruined my shirt and had NO remorse! I took a custom made shirt by Isaac Ely to be cleaned here and Parkers ruined it (numerous holes). After going in several times and being told they couldn't find it, they eventually admitted to ruining it. When I asked for a refund for the cost of the shirt I was told "the shirt is over 10 years old and there is no value so we won't reimburse you". I told them it was less than three years old but they wouldn't believe me. Luckily I had the tailor produce the invoice (it was under 3 years old and lightly worn). Only then did Parkers offer to pay me less than half of the value of my shirt. They also did not honour my request to keep the shirt so I could remove the monogrammed cuffs and mother of pearl buttons. I will never use this company again. There was no remorse for damaging my shirt, they reimbursed less than half, and only after much convincing on my behalf.
