  • I go to this location often because it's a mile from my house and I like to study here. Employees are okay, not too friendly and don't go out of their way to make customers feel special/welcome. It's usually crowded, a lot of business people go in there for meetings/lunch I've noticed. The line is often out the door, which is a given for the convenient location. The drinks are anything special, I've never had something made for me that was to die for. The self service station with napkins and what not is always a mess, as expected due to how busy they always are. Same with the restrooms, they need to be doing restroom checks more often then they are. I wish they would remodel to make it bigger but that's not possible. It's a beautiful store with lots of seating that's always full.
