  • I go in to close my account wait in line to see a teller to withdraw the last of the account and close it. Teller withdraws the money and says it's closed on my end but I need to see a banker or call. Instead of waiting in line to see another person I leave and call the bank. They turn around and tell me they can't close it till Tuesday. Went in on a Saturday.
