  • I hate this MAC store. For once, I live in a city that has a true MAC store and...it sucks!! I've been here a few times, each time knowing EXACTLY what I need. Of course I cannot pick it up myself, I need an employee.....but gosh, I'm always stuck walking around just waiting and waiting for someone to recognize that I'm a human in their store who needs help (isn't that their job??). Once they do, they look at me like I'm crap and why am I in there? MAC themselves are innovators on the different and accepting for everything, yet everyone in this store judges me for not being a thin bougy rich person. What's best is being judged by the "different" ones who work here. Very odd practice! Overall, if you're at all "different" don't expect good service from anyone in this store. Oh yes, and if they don't want to help you, it could also be because they're too busy doing/looking at their own makeup in their vanities.
