  • This one star is particularly just for the sales guy Eddie who we've been dealing with for the past couple days. My husband and I have bought three Subarus from this store in the past, most recently a couple months ago. All those times were great experiences. But this last Time we were dealing with Eddie who was extremely rude and pushy. He tried to tell my husband to disagree with me on a car and buy whatever he felt like. He would also talk to me very rudely and condescending when my husband would walk away to look at a car, take a call, or go to the bathroom. He tried to push the most expensive models on us and when we wanted to look at a lower model he would try to talk us out if it and tell us what he really thinks we would need. And what was the most annoying to me is the fact that I was going to put down nearly $8000 on the car and he tried to tell me that that wasn't enough and I should be putting more money on credit cards to make an even larger down payment. Don't try to tell me how to manage my finances ! Overall he was miserable to deal with. Please seek out any other sales guy if purchasing from this store. We ultimately ended up buying from another dealer just so we could get away from him.
