  • Jose was awesome, answering my questions with confidence and no pressure. We had some misunderstandings later on with the pricing which was frustrating, especially after such a pleasant test-drive and initial sales experience. However, once the problems were identified, Jason the sales manager and RC in finance took immediate steps to correct the issue. I hope next time they can get it right the first time. We are satisfied with our new car and the measures taken to ensure our loyalty.
