I'm a Colorado boy who visits Phoenix regularly. A local showed me this place and it reminded me of home, specifically an iconic local shop called The Leechpit, just with better prices, fewer weird knick knacks, and more leather for some reason (how can you wear them in this climate?) Sure, it's a little pricey, but no more than you expect from this sort of place. The lady working (figured she was the owner, but i'm not sure?) knew the inventory and was available for questions, but let us browse in peace rather than being hounding us trying to be "helpful", which i seriously appreciate. (But maybe that's just an introvert thing, I dunno.)
