  • First I'll say, nice place. Friendly. Easy to make a same day appt. Alyssa was very chatty. She accidentally cut off my beard I've worn for 10 years. She should have stopped at that point and figured out what to do but she offered to give me a goatee. I was so disappointed. They wound up giving me the cut for free. Put aside the beard, the actual cut was not up to the standards I expect from a high end hair cut. This could have been an outlier Experience, but wanted to share.
