  • Received a groupon from a friend for birthday LAST YEAR. Tried numerous times to schedule and first of all was difficult to just get an answer on the phone. Mike insisted I MUST text him for an appointment and refused to book over the phone... First time we even spoke he couldn't make any appointment as "he had his regular clientele and the groupon customers were numerous" - not my problem, it was his problem as he offered the groupon online. I tried again to book but he wouldn't without texting him. I had to leave for a couple months so he said "call me back in November" but the coupon expired Dec 6th.. After all the hassle I did not want to get a massage from this Mike and would never recommend anyone buying a groupon from his business. When you need to chase someone around to book an appointment you soon don't want to step inside their business. Long story short he knew I was unhappy and he should have refunded the $41.00 to the buyer but he never did so I just got ripped off for a birthday present (which was supposed to be a positive experience - lol) Just confirmed my problem by reading other's reviews so BEWARE!!!
