  • Inconsideration and absurd lameness hit a new low today. My wife has been going to see Zeluff at the 653 N. Town Center address for YEARS. When she made the appointment for today.. and even called to confirm it this week, no one told her they would be at another location today (we still don't know where this new mystery location is). When we arrived, the office was locked and dark, despite hours for today (9-2) being posted on the outside of the office. We got home and called.. no apologies or explanations from the lame office stooge (who is probably too busy on her phone playing Pokemon Go)... so my wife is done with Zeluff. She is paraplegic, took the day off from work and it is not easy for her... no matter what, this is indefensible submoronic nonsense on every possible level. Less than zero respect for the patient is simply the way it goes these days.
