  • On 03/21/2015 at approximately 1410 hours while I was at the Sam's Club Pharmacy counter located inside the Sam's Club at 7175 W. Spring Mountain Rd. Las Vegas, NV 89117, an incident occurred between myself and two of the pharmacy employees. Those two co-workers are Debbie and Jessica. Debbie is a pharmacy counter technician and Jessica is Drug Pharmaceutics. In my opinion, both individuals were very ill-mannered, impolite, and disrespectful to me; the tone of each of their voices was characteristic of someone who was very upset with whom they were speaking to. Previously before I every arrived at Sam's Club Pharmacy, I received two text messages that my Amlod/Benazp pills could be picked up. I received two text messages/automatic alert notifications. The third notice I received was from a counter technician on my cell phone. Now, I had an ample supply of the pills to last me for several days and did not respond to the messages until after more then ten days. When I arrived at the pharmacy counter, Debbie helped me. At that time, I did not know of Sam's Club Pharmacy policy that if it's been over ten days the meds are returned to there original location of storage. Debbie looked on the wall where the medications are place for customers. She could not find my medication. I mentioned to Debbie that I had received three notices that my prescription were ready. I asked her to look a my cell phone texts but she would not and appeared to become noticeable upset with me asking her to do that. Her voice tone raised. I asked her to calm down but she was diffidently irritated with me and began to raise the tone of her voice. I became annoyed at her attitude. I asked Debbie if I just could get my medication please . In an angry tone of voice, she told me there are others who are in front me. She said you will have to wait for awhile. Then the Pharmacist/Jessica came over and began to say in a highly agitated voice that there are 15 other people waiting for their medications before you and your going to have to wait. I had a large cart with many items on it; I had finished my grocery shopping. I, now, was upset with them ganging up on me and raised my voice while speaking to them. I told them that if they did not make an attempt to fill my prescription soon, I was going to the store manager/David Tanner about the matter. Jessica was almost yelling at this point and said "go ahead". I proceeded to the Sam's Club front business counter and asked for Mr. Tanner but he was not available and a supervisor by the name of Abbey helped me. I explained to her what had happened and asked for some help getting my medication. After arriving back at the Sam's Club front counter with Abbey which only took about five minutes, she went to speak with Jessica behind the counter. At that time, David Tanner came around to where I was standing and I asked him to help but he said he would let Abbey take care of it. He did tell me that he had no authority to intervene with personnel even though he told me that he had just hired a new person this past week; that doesn't make sense. Abbey was speaking with Debbie and Jessica; Jessica was speaking loud. I could tell Jessica was very angry still. Both Debbie and Jessica were staring at me; their staring was making me feel very uncomfortable. Abbey came out from behind the pharmacy counter and told me she would take me to another counter and would check me out there. It appears that my medication had been filled. Before Abby was given the medication by Jessica, Jessica stepped over behind the front pharmacy counter and began speaking to me in a harsh tone again. I then turned to Abbey and asked her to listen how Jessica was speaking to me and did she agreed that, indeed, Jessica was being discourteous to me. Abbey replied "yes! I feel that she is being that way to towards you". Would you think this all could have be avoided, by just filling my prescription, again and not be so wicked towards me. During my speaking with manager Tanner, I mentioned that to him and he agreed with me. I contacted the pharmacy manager/Adelina and explained what had occurred. She told me she would get back to me. It's been two months and no call back. In my judgment, it appears that there are two bullies working for Sam's Club Pharmacy. Management is aware of it and doesn't care how a Sam's Club employee treats people. Be careful what you say to the above to employees, they could verbally gang up on you. I would not use/buy prescriptions at Sam's Club Pharmacy. I'm not saying that all Sam's Club employees are like the above two persons. There are many good employees working at Sam's Club. I just had to deal with two habitually bullies , who I believe, are cruel persons. Dennis
