  • Went to Peoria Ford to look at a jeep. The bracket for the brake line was broken so they zip tied it to the spring. Then they told me they could not appraise my trade because all of the appraisers had gone home for the night. I'm not sure why you're open at 8:20 PM if you cannot take a trade-in to make a deal. After this post they sent a message asking me to call and speak with Beverly. I called and left a message for her to call me and three days later no call back. What a joke. Do not go here to buy a vehicle.
