rev:text	Time to retire--VERY UNPROFESSIONAL--not just to us, as Military Service Members/Veteran but to our rescue K9s needs. I have used Eddie from Purrfect Pet Doors in the past {2011} and contacted his company again to help aid in our older rescue dogs needs & current deployed pup adopted needs {as he is much larger}. Unfortunately, the door we had installed a few years back can no longer accommodate my arthritic companion/family member. As I called to explain this; the man we once knew, who came to our home with a welcoming personality was no longer that same person. Instead of a home visit he rather just walk me to the steps of measuring out everything myself, compeltey rude, short with me, huffing & puffing with his breath, even cutting me off when I spoke. Very arrogant in attuitude/bitter & sour, as he explained, he didn't remember who we were-how would he, do you have the door size already, just give me the measurements, after telling him everything he requested over the phone he said... "No, I can't do anything for you." Not a sorry, not a--I'll take a look & lets see what I could do to help with your families & rescue pets needs & most certainly NOT wanting the business, as if I was a total bother! I CAN clearly understand that perhaps a larger size door would not fit in the same spot as before, BUT throw us a bone here--try to help a loyal customer {service before self} as we gave you referrals in the past & wrote previous 5 star reviews. I know longer will be using this company, writing excellent reviews that aren't warranted, or referring Eddie to any other service members, neighbors, or civilian friends we know. Great job on going above & beyond to help those adopted/rescue pets in need or helping a local Verteran/Active Duty member WHO serves your country so you can insult them with your PRIDE!
