  • The bad: Worst costumer service- front desk Hispanic female with tattoos on her chest couldn't be bothered to explain anything or answer questions. The restaurant waiter seems like he doesn't want to be there. Don't come here expecting friendly front desk or even an explanation on anything. This was our first time coming here and we didn't let the bad reviews dissuade us or affect our judgement. We came here extremely excited and happy and in great moods only to realize that the bad reviews on this place were accurate. Decent prices for the rooms. The food is okay, room temperature. The door didn't lock at first, we had to mess with it and lift it a little to finally get it to lock when we would leave the room. The good: Nice looking antiques though and they have games for families and kids. My boyfriend liked it so we still had a decent time for the price we paid. The chocolate covered strawberries and champagne were delicious, expensive but worth it for a Valentine's addition. Made the night better. The views are great! Would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn't for the customer service from the workers that was below average.
