When I saw a dim sum food truck last night at "uncorked" I was excited. The wife and I love dim sum and Phoenix could use one on the food truck/event roster so win win right?! Unfortunately wrong, verrrrry wrong. The $7 pork bun (that's right I said bun, as in singular.) was dry and chewy. The $11 six piece Shu Mai was better but I'd swear they were both previously frozen and reheated at the event. In fact I'd go so far as the speculate they were from Costco? If not, they sure tasted that way. Sorry Bang Bang but you gotta up your game. I think two stars is generous.
