  • I took my truck to Brakes Plus for the first time today because I had a coupon for $10 off of an oil change. I was thrilled to get a full synthetic oil change for $50 to include a free tire rotation. The customer service was nothing short of outstanding; I did not have my wheel lock key in my truck and after Tyler called to advise me, he was able to locate one in the shop and allowed me to keep it so I don't get stranded anywhere should I have a flat tire. When I returned to the shop he physically showed me how bad my rear brakes were and already had a quote ready for me should I decide to have them replaced. I wasn't ready to spend the money yet and felt absolutely no pressure to do anything that I wasn't prepared for. Because of their excellent service, I will no doubt be a return customer and would recommend them to anybody! Chase and his team at Brakes Plus really impressed me.
