  • I cant comment on how well the product is or how good the installation is. I can comment on the sales process. I Went here for a quote on replacement of doors at lunchtime (my mistake), the receptionist who was very nice didn't know anything about windows or doors and since it was lunch time she told me she would have someone call me later that day. A day or so later I did receive a call and I tried to explain what I was looking for, the woman I spoke with on the phone asked I e-mail my photo and dimensions. I did and I never heard back. I guess it was too small a job for them. I didn't follow up because I feel if a business doesn't get back to you before the job whats it going to be like after you put your money down? Just as well, there are many competitors in the area.
