  • I wish i could give a zero. This chick is ridiculous. I booked an appointment, she told me to call for an address which she told me she wouldn't give out until the last minute, (Huh?!?) so i called Enroute as she had asked me to... Surprise surprise she didn't pick up, didn't have a voicemail system, and didn't call back. She left me hanging and S.O.L. ( BTW if you own a business your business address should be publicly posted, otherwise don't have your location at your home address if you're so sketched out.) Days later she texts me an apology and begs me to reconsider and give her another chance, with the offer of a discount, to which I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. Then after a TEXT ONLY conversation she suddenly starts ignoring my response to her question of when we should book, she once AGAIN gave me the run around for weeks about booking an appointment. She never got back to me, and left me hanging. AGAIN. As a business owner I expect more from those who also run their own businesses; this girl is unprofessional, ignorant and a complete waste of time, she has no idea how to run a business. She needs to get her shit in order because right now she's a total mess and a complete failure. Anyone with training can be a hairdresser but not anyone can successfully run their own business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GIRL. If you really wish to throw your time and money away then there are plenty of local homeless and animal shelters that need help, otherwise keep looking for a salon with a great track record.
