rev:text	When we came back from the summer vacation, we found out our backyard was flooded and the irrigation system was completely broken. We called one guy who worked on a pipe in the backyard before, and he told us we needed a completely new system, which was going to cost a lot of $$! We found Sprinkler Doctor's name on Yelp based on reviews, and Mark came out on a Friday and told us that just a few lines needed to be replaced. When he couldn't start working on it as scheduled, he called us and gave us a heads up. Mark finished repairing a few lines the following week, but when my husband turned the irrigation on, the water gushed out everywhere. So my husband called Mark, and he decided to send his boss Elton, who was very polite and professional, and he worked on it for a couple hours. Elton found out our water pressure was too high, which caused the flooding and ruining of the system. He said he had to come back to re-do the system due to the situation, which was going to be more than the original quote, but he would not charge us for the hours he worked to identify the issues. Both Mark and Elton came back later and eventually finished the work, and billed us a reasonable amount. I have since then called Elton for advice on other irrigation problems, and found Elton very approachable and willing to give honest and detailed opinions. I am using him again on my rental property now, and will recommend him to other people who need a good sprinkler doctor!
