  • DO NOT RENT A PO BOX FROM THIS LADY!!!!! She is the rudest person. I have had numerous rude run ins with her. Zero customer service. I've let it slide until today. She was yelling at me across the store in front of other customers. I was told the Mail would always be out by 1 when we rented the box. I drove all the way over there from chandler and it wasn't out. When I asked an employee I was told "when I get around to it" when asked when it would be out. I decided to discuss with the owner who ended up yelling at me. The store is busy and she is very under-staffed. So mail only gets up when they aren't busy. The rent on the boxes is very expensive for it to not be a priority. I guess we pay box rent for her to run her store not deliver our mail. A simple "I'm sorry, what box are you? Can I give you a call when it's out? Anything would've been greatly appreciated but once again she is so rude, interrupted me, yelled, and never offered any customer service. Don't rent from her! Once I was in there and I customer with a dog was in before me and the dog pooped in the floor and I stepped in it. When I asked her if she could help me she started yelling and cussing about the customer bringing her dog in. She grabbed my leather shoe and ran it under water then handed it back toe dripping wet. Never a I'm sorry or even really offering to help. Crazy!!! I could go on and on.
