  • Called for quote to fix 2 fireplaces that we never used before selling our home. One of our fireplaces was gutted by the previous owners for some reason. Charlie came out and was on-time but went on about how the fire place manufacture was not in business any longer and it would be hard to find parts. He said he would let me know in a week or so, that information was relayed to the buyers. So after 2 weeks the buyers realtor contacted him and he told her that he hadn't looked and wouldn't be able to find parts after he told me different earlier in the week. So we called another company and the parts were ordered and installed in 1 week. Would not recommend if you have a fireplace made by Superior. If you do go with him let him know Lennox still makes and sell the parts, they changed the part numbers.
