  • I got a Spa Day Package that included a 60 min full body massage, 60 min facial and a pedicure. The massage was decent but the room is right next to the hair salon so all the chatter and noise echoed into my room. The room was very small and felt like a storage room. Light music but no relaxing smell or decor. The window let in a lot of light and it was a cloudy day so I can imagine when it's sunny! Next was the facial. Again room was small and on the other side of the salon. She did have me breathe in some kinda of aroma. When she began to put the facial scrub she had not cleaned my face or put any kind of steam at any point. She put so much on my face that when she rubbed it around my nose, it went in! It burned extremely bad no matter how much I tried to clean it. The rest of my facial was pointless because I was in pain. The facial seemed more like a massage then a facial. After my face felt so oily and I felt more dirty then when I came in. Last was the pedicure. I was offered wine which tasted horrible. The same lady did my facial did my pedicure. I was a little annoyed by this but still tried to enjoy it. The pedicure lasted only about 10 mins and again only seemed to have been a foot washing with lotion after. I was glad to leave sadly. I had been to this spa almost two years ago and loved it. I was extremely disappointed to see how the quality went down. I will not be returning. I had purchased a groupon deal but with tip, it all ended up being what I would have spent without the groupon.
