  • Please read this whole review before booking your party. You can read the good and the bad just like I did but I NEVER want anyone to have the experience I did. The stress free, relaxing party I read about and hoped for did not happen. We arrived and got into the jump room. Our 2 party expert's stood in the middle of the room talking to only eachother. About an hour into our jump time (we paid for an extra hour of jump time) a third person showed up also standing in the middle of the room talking. I have been to parties at this location before and loved the idea of the group shot they always took. Guess what didn't happen right the picture. Also in the jump room the wind machine was broken and the drink machine was empty. When we got into the party room things went super fast and it was mass chaos. I was running around serving kids pizza and drinks I didn't even eat myself. When it came time to open gifts I was asked to separate the gifts. I had both my kids party at the same time. I was okay with that thinking the girl was getting ready to write down what the kids were getting (something else they say they do). She did not the clipboard never left the basket. I had to start putting things back in the bin to open at home because it was so out of control. I left in tears feeling super stressed and very ripped off. I paid for empty promises. If this wasn't bad enough I contacted the owner, she was very nice when she responded to me offering to look into it. But now weeks later and me trying to reach out to her I am just being ignored. Please beware if the owner doesn't care about the customers then how can the staff? Please take your party somewhere else so you don't leave in tears also.
