  • I'm not sure what everyone is thinking giving this guy high ratings. I put in a claim last Spring for a hit and run and the bare minimum was done to protect me even though I had the car's license plate number and they were in contact with the Hertz rental car staff associated with renting the car out that hit me. In addition to this, at one point last year I also lowered my coverage. The rate went down for one bill cycle and went right back up to where it was to begin with ....ridiculous. To top it off I was transferred to this agent for years now and not once did I ever hear from him personally. It's always his wife picking up the slack. Then when I call them out on all these things they dodge the bullet, make excuses or dont even acknowledge it at all.We pay for insurance for the very reason that we want to be protected. Something this team simply has trouble doing. The only thing they are worried about is the money in their pockets and don't give a hoot about their customers. So long Joseph Haas Agency, pathetic excuses for insurance agents. Potential customers beware!!
