  • Carl replaced me the wrong spare part catalytic converter He used a Universal catalytic which does not fit in my Dodge Caravan 2006 This Universal Type only fits in 2002 models and older . When i told him that My check engine light is on . He told me that this is not the Cat and that this might be the Air sensor. I confirm with 2 other Mechanics and they told me the same info that the 2006 Caravan Cat need to be placed with the correct part no and that the Universal one needs to be replaced . and changed .Finally i had to change it & then my check engine line was off When i called Carl and left him 3 voice message and even i sent him a written message asking for a refund for the 400 usd he charged me he never called back and never answered my phone calls .
