  • Absolutely horrible experience here. I just moved to Henderson from Cali & I'm in the process of looking for a new salon..but it definitely won't be here! I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time for a partial highlight with Ashley..she was still working on her appointment before me as I waited..and not once did she come out to the waiting area to apologize for the wait and poor time management on her part. The girl at the front desk was sweet and checked in with the stylist a few times to see how much longer it would be. I finally got tired of waiting and left. Totally unprofessional at this place and they obviously don't care too much about providing good customer service. Reading some of the bad reviews on here makes me think maybe it was divine intervention! I recommend avoiding this place if you want professional service and people who actually respect your time
