| - I enjoyed a relaxing, delicious lunch at Bella's with a friend. We took our time and sipped our tea while looking over the menu of salads, sandwiches, and specials. Their house tea is a Cream Earl Grey with is very smooth and not as strong as an Earl Grey tea. Their luncheon menu includes soup of the day, fresh salad, entree and dessert with as much tea as you would like - a pot is left on the table and kept on a tea warmer to hold the temperature. The special was butternut squash ravioli with a tomato/basil sauce, perfect for fall! The portions are just right so you don't feel uncomfortable at the end of the meal. You can enjoy every bite, including dessert, which was a chocolate cream cake the day we visited. My friend ordered the chicken bacon asiago wrap that was stuffed full with fresh ingredients.
If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing lunch to chat with family and friends, Bella's is a place like no other in the area. Although it is located on a busy street, once you enter the tea room all your worries disappear! There are also several rooms to shop after you have enjoyed lunch that are filled with all kinds of treasures from china to jewelry to vintage hats and clothing. Which reminds me...every table at Bella's is set beautifully with china, linens and silver to make your meal even more special. I am already planning my next lunch there with another friend!
