  • Called in with emergency move. Moving is very stressful for me. Due to rental climate in calgary I was faced with moving into two storage places until I found a place. Barb, herself, was helpful, but as the day progresses it turned into a drawn out mess. All I heard from some of the movers was complaints to me, about me, and about the company. It ended up costing me almost $5000 for the entire move. AND I had a few pieces lost, broken and missing/stolen. When I approached the management Barb passed me onto I left a message for them to return my call. Nothing. Called a couple weeks later. Finally got a person. She took the issue down and told me she'd get back to me in a few days. That is now 4 months ago. Seriously!!??? NOT NOT NOT impressed.
