  • Positives: My appointment began on time. The nurse was efficient and moved with rigor, the office staff was personable. Negatives: The doctor was less than compassionate when it came to my issues. I explained that I have chronic sinus infections that linger. After looking in my nose and ears he claimed everything looked fine, no infection. I explained that green/yellow mucus is in my throat and nose daily. I also explained that my sense of smell seems to be deteriorating. He did not address this concern. Also, I explained that I've been prescribed nasal sprays that don't help with the sinus pressure. So, he prescribed me a different type of nasal spray, to which I was highly disappointed about. He told me to try it for 6 weeks then come back for a MRI. I went to the desk to provide the $60.00 copay. I asked for a print out of what I was seen for today. I was told it's not ready, but can be mailed. Overall, I was left confused about my treatment and what the nasal spray would do differently than my current one. I do not feel like my needs were met.
