  • Cafe Rio needs to find their groove. The food was tasty, yes. Seemed like quality ingredients, yet the food was ice cold (which is odd since its run under the broiler). The staff seemed friendly, yet had absolutely NO sense of urgency. During the dinner rush on a weekday each smiling staff member just kinda stood around as if waiting for a leader to take charge.
