  • I went in this afternoon to do a return. When I got to the line there was one person being helped at the return line and I was next. However, for some reason I waited almost 20 minutes to be helped. While I was waiting to be helped I witnessed multiple other customers (in the membership line next to me) experience such poor customer service. All of the employees working were being rude to the customers but very nice to one another. One girl was working so slow it was like she was half asleep. The other two older women were simply rude. I witnessed BOTH of these employees arguing with a customer at different points. When I was finally helped we had to wait for an employee from electronics to inspect my return and it took FOREVER for one of them to get to customer service. Seriously, I will make sure I never have to return something to this location ever again.
