  • This is for the grooming salon: I have taken my two dogs to get their nails trimmed/ground down three times now. The place is filthy dirty; down right disgusting. The staff seem to dislike animals and I've even heard the receptionist speak poorly about customers after getting off the phone with them. Today they weren't busy so one disheveled woman was on her phone. They talk back and forth to each other in such an unprofessional way--it feels uncomfortable as a customer. The woman in charge of the nail clipping was rude--didn't even greet me. Seemed like I was irritating her by showing up. I think it's overpriced as well...spent $34 for about 8 minutes of time. I would NEVER allow them to groom my dogs, they are so rough and uncaring. I don't recommend them.
