Literally just ordered a Togo bean burrito & rice for $6.50 and I come home to eat it and there are hairs... plural ....hairs in my burrito. I manage a restaurant. I know stuff happens. It does. And I constantly make sure when accidents happen customers are comp'd/made happy at THEIR convenience. The person who answered the phone when I called to let them know @ the disgusting hairs said I could "come in for a refund ". Well I ordered to go because I'm out and about and busy today. Why not credit back my card right now because I did not eat one single bite of that hair laced burrito? I need to inconvenience myself because your cooks aren't clean and put hair in my food? DISGUSTING - Disappointed & honestly it is the easiest order ever and you put hairs.... multiple in it. Not my job to come all the way back so you can make my order right.
