rev:text	I get to this location and waited approximately 30 mins just to get in the system. Mind you Frank was on the phone when I first walked in. Never acknowledged me until I spoke to him. After the slow computer issues he asks me what I am here for I told him an oil change and I have a coupon code for it through T-Mobile he had the nerve to tell me about my oil which has a dexos additive called dexos1 and some bs about the type of oil filter my car uses. Mind you my filter is standard and cost $12 at Walmart. The oil they carried that was closest to mine is a full synthetic that cost $55 for the change. BS! I already stated on my email that I have the oil and dexos1 additives come in synthetic and or full. I choose full but he could've told me he would charge me for the $34.95 oil change and take off the $25 or $19.95 for the basic oil change and I would pay the difference, instead he thought he had an easy mark and I was NOT having it. Hubby said screw Meineke but I will go back to the one in my old "urban" neighborhood before the Meineke in my new "suburban" neighborhood tried me! LADIES BEWARE! He only gets one star bc you can't leave a review without one otherwise FRANK would get no star, period. Did not like the way he came across at all by telling me my cartridge filter is different and the oil CLOSEST to dexos 1 is premium when I brought not the closest but the BEST dexos1 full synthetic. Btw, the location on Nellis and Desert Inn did it for me AND used my coupon for the free BASIC oil change ONLY bc Ms. Cindy allowed me the exception bc their oil does not contain dexos1. TY Ms. Cindy and staff!!!!
