  • Very frustrated with my last 3 experiences at Polished on South. I really used to love and recommend the salon which is why I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. Sadly, tonight was officially my last visit. I stopped in after work today at 6pm. After being ignored for the first 15 minutes while I picked my color and sat around, I was finally led to a chair and given a glass of wine to wait for an employee to give me a pedicure. I read a magazine, finished my glass of wine, and looked down to see it was 645. I looked around to see 2 other women ahead of me who still hadn't been serviced. For the huge facility, they are always understaffed. I would have let it go if it didnt happen the last 2 times. The quality recently has also declined, and there is noticeable wear and tear to the facility, even with the renovation. I end up spending much more time sitting in a chair with my feet in water than with anyone actually working on my nails. There are other great salons in Charlotte, I'm no longer having my time after work robbed for a subpar pedi.
