  • This place is disgusting. We are local and we hadn't eaten at Friendly's since they moved across the street (although we weren't thrilled with them in their old location either). The place is a very weird setup, and its like a circus in there with all the kids running around (all Friendly's are like that, i think). Its like eating in a gymnasium. The menu pretty much doesn't have a whole lot on it, in my opinion and the prices are high for what you get. I found (2) hairs in my food. One about 2 inches long. I didn't tell the waiter because he seemed stressed enough about how busy they were (I have no clue why they were so busy) and I don't like to say anything to waiters about my food because I don't want anything else from the kitchen after that, so what's the point? I also didn't want to say anything because I didn't want him to not charge me for my meal...again, I just felt like that would be rude....now I know that I should have said something since i will NEVER go to a FRIENDLY'S ever again. Makes my stomach turn just thinking about it. Then at the end of the "meal" our waiter not only gave us the wrong ticket, but it was a ticket that had already been cashed out. That was the least of my complaints that night. GROSS. The place was dirty and i felt uncomforable. I'll never stray from Chili's again. You get MUCH better food, plus better wait staff, service, cleanliness, and NO HAIRS IN YOUR FOOD at Chili's. Blech.
