  • The owner isn't especially tactful in the way she approaches parents when an issue arises. Additionally, she doesn't seem to spend time in the classroom to observe the issues first hand to help her staff address behaviors more effectively. All of the staff would benefit from significantly more training. Teachers are often heard yelling at kids. The classrooms are chaotic with staff appearing overwhelmed.
