rev:text	We had used their services in December before our Christmas party. I was pregnant and we had just moved into our newly built house in Nov so it didn't need a lot but floors and dust from moving things in was needed. The price was kinda high for us because it wasn't dirty and even tho the sq. Ft. Of our house is large, we weren't having all rooms cleaned since nobody had been in them and they weren't set up completely yet. The couple who came were nice but didn't do a great job on spots easily seen by just doing a quick walk through. I had them clean spots they missed when they asked go walk through but at a point it got awkward to keep pointing things out so I just pointed the larger items like vacuuming the couch and stairs. After they left I realized they didn't vacuum the large area rug in my living room where they missed the couch and the counter tops had alot of crumbs on them when I ran my hands across. There was also a lot of other areas like the glass in the bathroom shower, crumbs between the counter and fridge easily seen of just looked. They called the next day to see how it went and I was honest. Unfortunately my husband had already cleaned for me since I was a large prego lady and it was Christmas eve but they offered to send someone over to clean those areas the next business day. The ladies who came over did a lot better of a job, if I would of had them initially my experience would have been better. However, when they charged my card they added a pet fee for hair which really made me mad as there was no dog hair to clean up. I have two small back Russell's who don't really shed and if thry do its nor any extra efforts as its not long hair and I dont allow them on our furniture either. The first cleaning people were also at my house for maybe an hour so it was not worth the $200 plus pet fee. I am bummed as I am looking for a regular monthly cleaning service now and would have loved to use them as it was easy to book and they came back to reclean which meant a lot. I am now going to be trying a new service.
