  • We bought our season tickets at the nellis airforce base and it literally took us 1 hour to get in to the park today. Not because it was crowded, it was due to the incompetent staff!!! So frustrating. I thought by buying our tickets in advance it would save us time & money just to breeze right in. Uh no, the gal at the counter was having issues w/ customers ahead of us where we all waited about 30 mins just for her to get them in. Then our turn it took her another 30 mins to figure out our passes even after getting help from a supervisor twice! WTF Wet n Wild seriously needs to better train their staff. Aside from the crappy staff the lazy river was closed today and the water in the wave pool was beyond frigid, my feet & legs were numb and my poor 4yr old's teeth were chattering like crazy. Def not worth coming here in the spring. We should've bought season passes to Cowabunga because they at least keep their water heated during the spring and their wave pool & lazy river are more spacious and fun. This bites.
