I have rented from them on 2 separate occasions and on my first experience the vehicle was 30 minutes late (said due to traffic and vehicle was dirty) but Adam was amazing and the service made up for the lateness. We rented the pink hummer for a nice celebration dinner party at Ruth Chris. It was a classy fly event! Adams service, support and flexibility was top notch! Adam restored our faith! Sooooo...
Fast forward 3 months and we ordered a normal black stretch limo (classy black tie event) for the birthday man and his special guest. The women had on formal ball gowns and the men Tuxedos. 24/7 called to tell me it would be late (oh no, not again!!! - due to engine blew on vehicle). This was a very special event, 200 guest waiting for a grand arrival of the birthday party. A green hummer arrived but even more concerning it had the stench of smoke, seats were dirty and torn. The vehicle had limited air and it was 110 degrees that day!
The office was responsive and comp'd the ride but this was NEVER ABOUT the MONEY but the experience. You cannot rewind or start over when you have an expectation of a quality and high-class experience. You count on the company to deliver a quality product; unfortunately that was not the case for this 50th birthday gig. Unacceptable since they did not deliver - inability to take pictures, missed the opportunity for a grand arrival and the guest were visibly sweaty upon arrival to the venue!
At this point 24/7 is really a 1 in my book! Adam was a solid 4, lateness 0, quality of vehicle 0, accuracy 0 and customer service was 3 = 1.4 rating. So unfortunate!
